Thanks for shopping on our online store and purchasing products from our range.

We always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours maximum from when your order is received.

All orders are shipped with Express post from Australia Post which they claim items will be received within 1-5 business days. Parcels can be delivered to Australian business addresses, private residence addresses and all P.O. Box addresses. Be aware delivery might be longer in remote area locations. All goods purchases at Snugglebubs online are fully inclusive of Australia Post Express Post delivery service fee. There is no charge for postage Australia wide.

You will be supplied with Australia Express Post tracking details to follow your goods journey as soon as the goods are dispatched.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES

Since covid it has been in some cases difficult to deliver to hospitals. We advise to not send goods to hospitals for this reason. We take no responsibility for goods sent direct to hospitals. We advise to send to homes, private residences and P.O. Box addresses in all cases.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, be aware the cost to re-send the goods will be the purchasers responsibility and the cost will be calculated prior to delivery. Payment will be required before goods are re-posted.

 

RETURNS

At Snugglebubs online we understand that sometimes the product isn’t always what is required.

Unfortunately due to the nature of goods we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we are more than happy to offer you an exchange of goods or a store credit note. These will only be issued once the product is received to us at our return address supplied to you within 7 days. The cost of return postage is the full responsibility of the purchaser not Snugglebubs online.

All items returned are to be in exact packaging with tags attached as when purchased.

Any personalised products ordered are strictly no return , no refund exchange policy. Please choose all personalised items very carefully.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

All orders are stringently checked by Snugglebubs online employees before delivery for any faults in manufacturing.

In the rare case that there is faults in manufacturing please contact customerservice@snugglebubs.com.au with clear video and photographs of any issues you have.
